Monday – Friday Registration is in the Medical Plaza Building 661, Suite 215.

• Enter the main Medical Plaza entrance, take the elevator to the 2nd floor and make a right. The outpatient lab will be the 5th door on the right.
• From I-4, Take exit 92, S.R. 436. Go East about 1 mile to Hospital, on left.
• Recommended Parking/Entrance: Patient parking is located at the front of the hospital and medical plaza. Free valet parking is also available._x000D_
